About the Pieces

Keizo’s work celebrates the spontaneous expressions born from the union of clay and fire.

You may find distinctive textures such as kannyu (貫入: delicate crackle patterns in the glaze), kairagi (梅花皮: bold, crawling textures), or mushikui (虫喰い: small surface pits). Occasionally, the glaze may naturally reach the artist's seal or the foot of the vessel.

Selecting Your Piece

All pieces are handmade, so the one you receive may differ slightly from the photograph.

If you prefer a piece with a similar tone or surface, please leave a note with your order.
We will select one as close as possible from the available pieces.
