萩原啓蔵 作　ぐい呑み「小雪釉(虫喰い)」

このぐい呑みは、光沢のある黒い「焼きしめ」の表面に、淡い白の釉薬（ゆうやく）がかかっています。モノトーンで渋い色合いですが、力強いエネルギーを感じさせる不思議な魅力があります。

上からかかる白い釉薬は、みぞれ交じりの雪だったり、ふかふかした雪だったり
さらさら流れるようなものだったり...と景色はさまざまです。

流れるように施された釉薬の跡は、一つひとつ異なる模様を作り出しています。そのため、全ての作品が個性的な表情を持っています。
作家「啓蔵」が手作業で釉薬をかけているため、ダイナミックな模様や、あえて歪ませた形など、同じものは二つとありません。これは世界にたった一つの作品です。

この作品は、一般的な器よりも「個性的な作品」を好む方に適しています。作品ごとに表情が異なるため、いくつか集めて違いを比較することも楽しみの一つです。

容量は、縁（ふち）のぎりぎりまで水を入れた状態で約90ccです。
実際に使用する場合は、容量の8割程度まで入れるのが一般的です。手作りのため個体差がありますので、この数値は目安として考えてください。



サイズは、直径約6.6cm、高さ約6cmです。
これらは手作りのため、おおよそのサイズとなります。

箱はついておりませんが、厳重に梱包の上、発送いたします。

Guinomi — Small Sake Cup: "Koyukiyu" (Light Snow Glaze)

This piece features a striking contrast: a lustrous black yakishime base—high-fired, unglazed stoneware—veiled in a soft, ethereal white glaze. While the monochrome tones are quiet and restrained, the vessel radiates a profound, grounding energy.

The movement of the white glaze evokes the fleeting nature of snow. In some pieces, it rests lightly like a fresh dusting; in others, it gathers with the soft depth of a winter drift. Because Keizo applied each layer by hand, no two patterns are ever alike. Every cup possesses its own dynamic "scenery" (keshiki), with intentional asymmetries and subtle variations in form that honor the spirit of wabi-sabi.

This is a work for those who find beauty in the unconventional and the singular. For the collector, comparing the different expressions of "Koyukiyu" reveals the depth of the artist’s dialogue with the fire.
