このぐい呑み「小雪釉」は、黒釉の焼き締めに白い釉薬が流れるようにかかった作家物の酒器です。焼酎や日本酒に合う落ち着いた風合いが特徴で、個性的なぐい呑みを探している方におすすめです。

黒い少し光沢のある焼きしめの肌の上に、淡い白い釉薬がかかっています。
渋くて、モノトーンながら、エネルギーを感じるのはなぜなんでしょうか。不思議です。

このぐい呑みは約90ccの容量で、日本酒や焼酎を楽しむのにちょうど良いサイズです。
黒釉の落ち着いた質感は焼酎の深みと相性が良く、また白い釉薬の表情は日本酒の繊細な香りを引き立てます。
実際お使いになる時には、8分目くらいまでだと思いますしまた、多少誤差があるかとは思いますので、あくまで目安にして頂けると幸いです。

A handcrafted guinomi sake cup titled “Koyukiyu Glaze,” this unique piece of Japanese ceramic art features a dark, slightly lustrous black stoneware body layered with softly flowing white glaze, creating a delicate, snow-like effect.

The contrast between subdued monochrome tones and the dynamic movement of the glaze gives the piece a quiet yet powerful presence. Each glaze pattern flows differently, resulting in a one-of-a-kind expression in every cup.

Glaze is applied entirely by hand by the artist, Kei-zo, ensuring that no two pieces are ever the same. Each guinomi is individually shaped and finished, with subtle variations in form and surface that reflect the artist’s touch.

Especially suited for those who appreciate distinctive, non-uniform works, this piece stands apart from mass-produced items. Collecting multiple pieces and comparing their individual expressions can also be a rewarding experience.

With an approximate capacity of 90 ml, it is an ideal size for enjoying both sake and shochu. The calm, deep texture of the black glaze complements the richness of shochu, while the soft white glaze enhances the delicate aromas of sake.

Please note that, due to its handmade nature, slight variations in size and capacity may occur. The listed capacity is an approximate guide, and actual use is typically around 80% of full volume.
